Julie and Alfonso were exceptional. They are true professionals and experts in their fueld. They, along with Liam, made it seamless to purchase a house prior to moving to the local area. From their knowledge of local contractors to the communication with seller's team, we were kept in the know and taken care of through every step in the process. Purchasing from overseas is stressful, and they handled it with ease. They understood powers of attorney, the time difference, and the processes from all parties involved. I have to highlight the thorough communication from the team. They pre-emptively answered questions we were thinking about. I would highly recommend eXp realty to my family and friends for buying or selling.
