I highly recommend Corinthians, i needed to move out of state for family issues and medical.. mrs was the best realtor i ĥave every work with. She kept me informed on the market. And problems that needed attention and went out of her way to find reliable people to do the job thats needed.. always kept me updated.. So if your looking to buy or selling property she is tops.. Mrs Rice takes the time with what you need (schools. Shopping ect) and what you want in a property. And selling she is tops get the most out of your property and little things that most people dont realize makes a difference.. And when it comes to inspections this lady is awesome. If you have well or city water. And sewers lines Or septicd. Both are important issues as well as others. You can count on her knowledge to keep you on track with any and all things that most dont think about.. You would be in great hands, no matter if your buying or selling. I highly recommend Corinthians Rice

James has sold two houses for us. Both sales exceeded our expectations and brought in top dollar for our properties. James is always available to answer questions, I would 100 percent recommend James for any listing you will not go wrong.

Working with Jim was an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand not only what we were looking for in a home, but also the unique needs of our son. That level of care and attention meant everything to us. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and intentional in helping us find a home that would be the right fit for our family’s lifestyle. Whether it was considering layout, environment, or overall comfort, he always kept our son’s needs at the forefront of every showing and recommendation. Throughout the entire process, Jim was responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone truly advocating for our family. What stood out the most was his genuine compassion and understanding. It never felt like just a transaction—he truly cared about helping us find a home where our family, especially our son, could feel safe, comfortable, and happy. We are so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Jim Vivian to anyone, especially families who may have specific or unique needs. You will be in the best hands.
