I met Roz after having lost a couple of purchases working with other realtors. They were taking days to get back to me on properties. On the Tupperway project, I somehow got connected to Roz. She got back to me in less than a half hour. This was a Friday, I believe. We toured the property the following day and were under contract before the weekend was up. That was the first house I restored and sold for myself. I'm now onto number 5 and Roz is still the only agent for me. It's a partnership. Without a top-notch realtor who is on top of their game in this market, I would still be stuck at property number one.

Kim was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond helping us from out of state. We were living in CT and traveling back and forth to look at homes. She did video walk through a fire us with detailed information as well
