Buying a home in the winter and spring of '22 was quite literal insanity. Coming into the market with a deadline before our son was born and finding the hyper competitive market was not what we were expecting. As a couple moving from Manhattan to the suburbs of New Jersey, we didnt know where to look or what to do. Most importantly, she was able to get us a home in budget, on time to move in before our son was born.
