My partner and I were looking to purchase a house in the north Bay Area. We had contacted a few realtors and some of them responded but within a few days they stopped responding or sending new properties to see. We were pretty much tired of trying to find a good realtor and thought we were never find a house to buy. Most of the realtors would say they were so busy because they had many buyers and sellers basically they had time for us. I found an open house in Fairfield, when I walked in I saw Roberto Saldana he was the seller realtor and I knew from the moment I walked in that the was the perfect house for us. It felt like home. I spoked to Roberto and he offered his services. I told him we were looking for a realtor. He said I’ll help you guys find a house if do my best to get you a house. It was a bumpy ride but he never left us. He was there to guide us and help us. After almost month an half we bout the house. The they we arrive with our moving truck Roberto was there waiting for us with our new house’s key and without asking he staring to help us download our belongings. We are more then appreciate all the help and support we got from Roberto Saldana. I had Refered him to couple of my friends and I’ll recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a house. Professionalism: Amy Burnside is a consummate professional. She was friendly and organized. Amy gave us clear and concise information about what services she would provide for us and then she efficiently did what she said she would do . We had already started looking for our next home through online resources (real estate sites and apps) and Amy smoothly provided support and access to looking at properties we were interested in. Knowledge of Real Estate: We bought our home in Fairfield, CA, but we were also considering Napa. Amy was very knowledgeable about both areas we were considering moving to. She honestly shared her knowledge about the different neighborhoods in both cities. Amy's ability to negotiate really came through when we were in the process of negotiating the purchase because she was able to get the sellers to pay for most of what wanted them to pay for. There were multiple offers on the home we purchased but Amy's knowledge and expertise got our offer accepted. Overall Experience: Amy's experience made everything so easy for us. We can be a little finicky but she always made us feel like it was a pleasure working with us. We had no problem putting the purchase of our home into Amy's capable hands. She had current knowledge about all the multiple documents that she needed to be completed and she made the process smoother by using an electronic system which did not require us to complete the paperwork by driving to her office.
