Prestlie was the best! We called her on a Saturday evening interested in a home and that night she got us with a loan officer, and we were pre-approved by Sunday morning. We went to check out the house that afternoon and immediately wanted to put in our offer. Offer was submitted Monday and we were in contract by Monday night ?? We then had to go and quickly get our house on the market and into contract asap. Within just a few days, Prestlie got us up on the Market and just 3 days later we were in contract (and at asking price!) Our selling process was nice and smooth. She was with us through every step of the way, and ALWAYS available to answer our questions. (mind you she JUST had her baby too) We seriously couldn't have done any of this without her. Luis was recommended to me for the sale of a property from an estate. He was amazing from start to finish. I was responsible to sell the property from an estate so I wasn't familiar with the property or the area. It was a multi unit building that had issues with tenants and was in need of repairs. After working with the property manager, the tenants and me he had an offer and a back up offer within days of listing.
