We cannot recommend Asif Hassan highly enough! From the very beginning of our home-buying journey, Asif demonstrated an unwavering commitment to helping us find not just any home, but the right home for our family. Asif went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. He took the time to understand our needs and priorities, whether it was finding a home in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood, within a strong school district, or aligning with our budget and long-term goals. He showed us a wide range of homes, always respecting our preferences while offering valuable insights we hadn’t even considered. What truly set Asif apart was his professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge of the real estate market. He meticulously walked us through each step, explaining contracts, guiding us through the loan application, and ensuring we understood every detail. He never rushed us and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. But above all, Asif was our advocate. He negotiated firmly on our behalf, represented our best interests at every turn, and ensured we felt supported throughout the entire process. His responsiveness was unmatched; Calls, texts, emails were returned promptly and thoughtfully. His clear communication and honest advice gave us peace of mind, and we always knew we were in good hands. Thanks to Asif's dedication and expertise, we are now proud homeowners! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely cares about his clients, look no further than Asif Hassan. We are grateful for everything Asif has done for us and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. This was more than just a transaction. It was a truly outstanding experience.

To have an agent that is patient, understanding is a key element when we were deciding to buy our forever home. We looked at 20+ homes in the new build communities, from Elk Grove, Stockton, to Fairfield, and Vacaville. We finally came across a model style we liked , however it wasn’t available for a walkthrough in the city we liked. However, we made the drive to Manteca, with our realtor who was willing to drive and take the time out of his day, life to come with us on this journey. After looking at the home in , we finally made a decision to buy. However, buying a new home isn’t as easy. Luckily, our realtor was willing to go to extra measures to secure our home. He woke up early and stood in line on the release date and made the offer for the home we liked and lot#. Luckily we were blessed and picked to get the home and lot # we wanted, but that came with no negotiations. We tried our best to bundle upgrades and pick and chose what we needed vs what we wanted , and after a year of walk -through, communication , and Asif being their every step of the way and even being there every step we couldn’t be at. He made sure he was there to make sure home’s progress was proceeding and handled alot of communication for us and emails and constant changes and meetings we needed to have. Fast forward to late December 2025, when we were suppose to get the keys, some mishaps and delays happened and not at all our realtor’s fault , but the builder’s we got delayed til January 2026 to get the keys. Asif did his best to communicate with us and made sure we would get our keys asap. We got our keys, Asif made sure to go to extra miles to surprise us with some home warming ideas, gifts and made the overall experience feel like a warm and cozy. I’ve gone through Asif for 3 homes and this being first new home build purchase which he was part of from start to the finish and even til now he checks in to make sure we are happy. Our Forever Home, thanks to Asif!

Katherine Jessen was wonderful to work with while searching for our new home and using a VA loan. Buying a home can be an overwhelming process, but Katherine made the experience thoughtful, organized, and manageable. She showed us multiple homes and was incredibly patient as we worked through what was most important for our family. Katherine was always honest in her feedback and her extensive knowledge helped us focus on what we needed in a home. Her guidance helped us stay within our budget while still finding a home that met our needs. We purchased our home using a VA loan, and Katherine was very knowledgeable about the process. Her familiarity with VA requirements helped ensure everything moved smoothly and gave us confidence as we navigated the purchase. What we appreciated most was how she helped us think through our priorities and make confident decisions throughout the home search. Her professionalism, patience, and expertise made the entire experience much less stressful for our entire family. We are very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Katherine to anyone looking to purchase a home. Katherine is not just a realtor, she is a genuinely caring person who truly looks out for her clients.

Buying and selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do - right up there with public speaking or assembling IKEA furniture without instructions. But working with Joanne Mendoza? Honestly, it felt like cheating the system. I first met Joanne when I was buying a new place, and she was so professional, clear, and calm that I thought, “Okay, this is the only person I want to deal with in real estate forever now.” So, naturally, when it came time to sell my old home, I called her back faster than I check my DoorDash ETA. And let me tell you, the market was rough. Like, "Why is this happening to me?" rough. But Joanne? She didn’t flinch. Every time I felt like the universe was personally trying to sabotage my sale, she reminded me to breathe, kept things moving, and talked me off the ledge more than once. (She may or may not qualify for honorary therapist status at this point.) Her market knowledge is solid - like, Jedi-level instincts. She communicates clearly, responds fast (like, does she sleep?), and never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question even though I probably did. More than once. What stood out most was how human she is. No jargon overload, no pressure, just smart advice and a lot of patience. She explains everything, keeps you in the loop, and somehow manages to make this whole exhausting process feel kind of... fun? Is that even legal? If you're looking for a realtor who’s sharp, supportive, and will actually make you enjoy the chaos of buying and selling a house - Joanne’s the one. Honestly, by the end of it, I half expected her to help me move boxes and throw a housewarming party. She's that good. Joanne, if you're reading this: Jace says hi!

Rachel is such an asset. She does her homework and shows up prepared. She had some complementary things to say BUT also had some great suggestions we could do to increase our profit margin. We followed her suggestions and we sold our home for the highest sale in the park.
