We met Monica when we first moved to Benicia about 10 years ago. She helped us find our home to rent. When our landlord needed to sell the house 2 years later, we decided we wanted to do everything we could to buy it because we loved it so much. We kept in touch and I knew, if we ever moved, she would be our Realtor once more. When we decided to refinance in 2020, she helped guide us. And then the summer of 2022 rolled around and we took the opportunity to move out of state. She helped ensure we felt taken care of on our terms. We are so grateful for the genuine care she puts into every transaction, whether it’s a purchase or a sale. It makes me sad that we couldn’t take her with us.
