My family moved from California to Central Florida over a very short time period. Simply put, we would not have had a home to move into without Traci. From day one (still living in CA) Traci was responsive and ready to find the right home and neighborhood for our family. With so many factors to consider, she drilled down on what was most important and immediately sent us listing to review. Because we lived out-of-state, Traci attended showings and sent us videos of potential homes. The fact that we were not there in person to view homes did not slow her or us down. We made a couple strategic in-person visits to view homes before deciding, and Traci was 110% ready for the visits and made the most of our time by lining up listing after listing appointment and driving us all over the area so we could see everything that we wanted. Traci was super proactive throughout the entire home search, decision, offer, negotiation, and closing process. Fairness and give-and-take is important to her, and one of the many reasons she is so effective. "No" is not a word she uses often, instead, always ready with solutions and paths forward with each question we had. Traci is a caring and compassionate person and works with her client's best interest at heart. Because of this she is able to navigate through sensitive discussions and critiques with other agents in the most natural manner. After closing on our home, Traci continued as a project manager for several changes we wanted made prior to moving in. This was an extremely tight timeline and Traci worked quickly to get her network of contractors working on our renovations. I am so grateful for Traci and everything that she did for us.
