I can seriously say that i could depend on Matt to provide professional wisdom and bring that to the table. He has a great personality and was always willing to help us find the right house. Offered his insight on the homes we viewed as well as his professionalism. He was able to negotiate what we needed. Also, helped us understand many things that we needed to understand in the process and guided us through with our broker. Had great connections and was very attentive to our needs; always willing to help at whatever time we asked. We thank Matt for brining us to the home we love.

May I first say this is my first time buying a home with team freda and the professionalism and the experience and they're above and beyond service to get us to our new dream home. It is something that I've never experienced before. The way how they discuss the procedures from beginning to end the layout of helping us find our dream home. I have worked with Matt and Jen in the past and when my mother needed to find a place there was only one team that I knew would handle this in the most amazing and professional and loving way! They immediately responded to our request for showing and within hours after they had all the comps and numbers pulled for us to make sure this was a smart business move .
