Nadia is the best, the kindest, the most sincere and professional realtor that you could ever find. She went way over above and beyond than what I could ask for. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me (and my brother who also bought a house with her). For additional context, Nadia helped me buy my first home which is new construction house built for 8 months. It was actually a tough journey when we first experienced the delay in construction, impacting the closing date and potentially costing me rate lock extensions fee. After that, we had a serious issue with the title company, delaying the closing date again and potentially costing me a higher interest rate. She helped me push and expedite the process, negotiate with multiple parties then I could finally close without having to pay anything for rate lock extension fees. She was always there for me and I was never left alone throughout the process no matter how difficult the situation could be. I never expect many issues with new construction home but it was the best decision to have Nadia as my realtor. I know that Nadia has a lot of clients to work with and I myself, as the first-time homebuyer, need her to help me very often. But she is always available for me, any time.
