Actually, I thought I could sell my home myself. I took a real estate course before Covid and passed the exam and am a marketing professional. So why not? Then a friend recommended Andrea Aylett-Hosch who is an attorney as well as a Realtor and the minute I met her I knew I would enjoy working with her. There is a long list of things that need to be done before the listing, and she did them all with excellence. I got the price I had hoped for and an education about real estate too, including what a smart decision it was to hire her.
