In February 2020 I found myself in a position in which I had to sell my house because I was relocating out of state. I had reached a deal to sell the house "as is" and everything was on track for an early April 2020 closing date. Of course no one could have foreseen the COVID 19 pandemic. As the deal fell apart due to the lender's apprehension Ginny immediately reassured me she would continue to secure a deal to sell the property.
