The listing was priced fairly and we were under contract in less than 24 hours and the offer was over asking price. He communicated frequently and was able to answer all my questions. Jay was supportive and knowledgeable as we put the house on the market. There was some issues that came up related to the buyers, but we stuck with them as the circumstances were out of their control as well. Jay was so supportive to me as the stresses were mounting and kept me calm and just let me vent. There were issues after the closing that were not Jay's fault but were due to the incompetence of Richard Simon at the title company that was used- I didn't receive my funds for over two weeks. Jay, again, was supportive. The new realty company Jay works for doesn't use that company. I have actually sold a second property with Jay and he is very customer service focused and will work very hard for his clients. Jiten provided and in-depth market analysis prior to placing house on market and assisted with locating two services to prepare the property for sale since sellers were not local. Jiten was told that we were going to need to count on him to assist with the sale since we were not local. From a distance, we located and coordinated disposal, handyman repairs, and cleaning services and painters ourselves. Jiten did intervene with a vendor at one point by telephone in order to move things along. Once sold, we never heard from Jiten again, not even a thank you (by telephone, email, text, in writing) for providing him a generous commission with very little associated work.
