I give a 9/10 for communication: With my critical hat on, I can recall a couple occasions where the ball was dropped, albeit briefly, and the way I see it is that Monica is only human and has a busy schedule. No one is perfect, but it's always impressive when you work with anyone who comes pretty close, especially in dealing with such pivotal transactions, like those in real estate.
