I am a “newbe” home seller. With Ollie’s exceptional insight and knowledge into the local real estate market the home was sold within a few days and at full price. The amount of forms and the electronic signing process would have over-whelmed me if Ollie had not been there every step of the way. The escrow had a few glitches and Ollie was on top of them. His excellent communication skills kept me within my comfort zone. If you’re looking for a professional and phenomenal agent who understands the real estate market, I highly recommend Ollie Steinwandt!

We recently worked with Ollie to sell our home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This was our first time selling, so we were naturally a bit overwhelmed by the process, but Ollie made everything feel manageable from day one.He walked us through every step of preparation, giving us clear, actionable advice on what to do to get the house ready. His expertise in knowing what buyers are looking for was evident, and it really paid off.Beyond his technical knowledge, Ollie is just a great person to work with. He stayed incredibly positive through the entire process, even when things got busy. He is highly communicative and we never had to wonder where we stood or what the next step was because he was always one step ahead.

Ollie was outstanding in every way. He was very responsive, detail oriented, positive and a pleasure to work with. We could not ask for a better realtor. We highly recommend him!

Brian is an incredible Realtor and person. From helping us before the house even went on the property with an estate sale, cleaning up the property and problem solving to perfectly pricing the home. We trusted Brian completely. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and negotiating skills and is honest. You’re in good hands with Brian as your realtor!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

I had the pleasure of having Brian Zufelt as my realtor. Brian, aside from being incredibly friendly, was equally approachable with any and all questions I had. I was a first time home seller and was very nervous about the process of selling a home. Brian within 24 hours had a complete run down of all homes currently for sale in my area and had a reasonable selling price in mind. Brian got me through some repairs that needed to be completed and his professionalism and communication were top notch. I was able to call or text whenever and he would always provide me with a speedy response. He was very active in the home selling process and in a much shorter time than I had anticipated, the house was sold. I’m thankful to have had Brian, because I am not sure if I would have had that level of commitment and dedication from anyone else.

Working with Dena was such a great experience! She really knows her stuff and kept everything moving without making it feel overwhelming. Super easy to work with and made the whole process feel a lot more manageable.

Dena earned this five star rating by helping us sell our home in record speed in a market that can be volatile. With her guidance, we set a reasonable price and after two days on the market, we had multiple offers above asking price and sold our home within two weeks. This is our second time working with Dena. We selected her again because of her diligent approach. She watches the market and does research to find the sweet spot. She helped us put our best foot forward. She’s meticulous looks at the details. The pictures of our home were fabulous creating lots of interest. She immediately set up two back to back open house appointments as soon as we hit the market, creating lots of excitement. We were well positioned and our home showed well. We even received multiple inquiries with interest after accepting an offer in case the deal fell through. The second time was certainly a charm!! Both of our homes had cash offers within days of hitting the market with a quick close. She works hard and gives you the support and attention you need throughout the entire process. She’s willing to explain and guide you as much as you require at each step. She cares about and takes excellent care of her sellers. Great job Dena! You’re our number one Realtor!!
