As a first-time homebuyer, I would like to say I am really grateful, thankful and appreciative to Yuying for guiding and helping me through the entire process of purchasing a home. As I lived in the Bay Area, she knows it would be a distance to Sacramento, so during the home-hunting stage, she would helped me to shortlist and arrange more home viewings based on my specific criteria and concern, and during each viewing, she will provide opinions on the pros and cons of each home based on her understanding of my preference. Once I found a home I really liked, she guided and helped me through the remaining process, answered any questions (I admit, I have a lot of questions LOL!) that I had, until finally closed the home.
