He had went be on his duties to help buyers to resolve the most challenging/loan issues (e.g. home inspection report issues for loan closing and home inspection issues) to meet escrow deadline. It was outstanding that he was on top of following up on his promises and meeting every single deadline. Tom had save my $5k deposit from my buying house with a canceled contract. I have worked with many different agents, but I never have an outstanding, awesome, and excellent service and experience that Tom provided that I could never forget.
