Six years ago, during the pandemic, Shaun helped us find our home in an incredibly competitive market with lots of buyers and limited inventory. He guided us through the entire buying process and told us exactly how to structure our offer. When we initially lost the bidding war, he went back to work with the seller to get us reconsidered — and we ultimately prevailed. When we recently decided to sell that home and move closer to family, Shaun stepped in again, this time on the listing side. With his background in data management, technology, and marketing, he told us precisely how to prepare and market the house, including recommending a single-day Open House. We were skeptical but hopeful — and he was exactly right. In just two hours, about 40 parties walked through, we had offers by the end of the weekend, and they landed right in the range he had predicted. We sold our home far faster than we ever expected. At the same time, Shaun was also representing us on the purchase of a new home we were building in a different community. He stayed closely involved throughout the process, negotiating on our behalf whenever we had questions for the developer that weren't being answered. He guided us expertly through every decision. We're not the only ones who can vouch for him — immediate family members have also used Shaun for their own home purchases and recommend him just as highly. We have no plans to move again right now, but we wouldn't hesitate to hire him if that ever changes. We'll keep recommending Shaun to friends, family, and anyone we meet who needs a true real estate professional.
