We’ve known Kristen since 5 years ago when she first helped us purchase our home at a very decent deal. This time after we moved overseas and decided to sell the home, we hired her again. Kristen is a very honest, personable and responsible agent. She clearly knows about the local market in NH area, and what is exactly needed to sell homes. We were able to have a contract in place within one week’s time on the market, and amazingly, at the full asking price (price was better than expected). Because we were out of the country, she took really good care of the home, and advised us as to what needed to be done. She then made arrangements to meet the contractors there to do the work: all the work (there wasn't too many) was at very reasonable costs. At one time, one of the door latches needed a fix. She rolled up her sleeves and fixed it by herself, without even having to hire a contractor, which immediately saved us money. Bottom line, she would never hesitate to go the extra mile to get the job done. The transaction was done remotely, yet she kept us up to date with what was happening with the transaction. We trusted her 100%, took her every advice, and it really paid off! Not all agents are the same in my experiences with a few home transactions. Next time when we return back to the region we will definitely ask her help again. We hope this honest review will be helpful to other people.
