Patience is a Virtue

Melvin and I were dealing with two issues that COULD have driven us to abandon the entire sale: 1. the buyer, who I must say is just someone who likes to complain, but doesn't realize that HE was his own major problem; and 2. a LOAN company that basically lost our paperwork, leading to the process taking many more months than should have been necessary. Melvin was a calm sailor at the wheel, encouraging and calming me through the whole sale.
