Melvin was very professional and helpful throughout the entire homebuying process. I would highly recommend him to someone that is looking for an agent who will stick his neck out for you and guide you through the process.
Melvin and I were dealing with two issues that COULD have driven us to abandon the entire sale: 1. the buyer, who I must say is just someone who likes to complain, but doesn't realize that HE was his own major problem; and 2. a LOAN company that basically lost our paperwork, leading to the process taking many more months than should have been necessary. Melvin was a calm sailor at the wheel, encouraging and calming me through the whole sale.
MELVIN has 1 property for sale and sold 21 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
