Back in 2020, we worked with Allie to sell our lovely 1890's Victorian farm house. We could not have been any happier with Allie and her tremendous efforts! We had put years of love into the house- it was in excellent condition, fully renovated and with a big yard. Yet, due to location and being a historic home, it was challenging to sell. She not only held open houses and did the usual advertising, but when we just were not getting the right bites, she brought in other realtors to reassure we had the right price, she found niche marketing opportunities tailored to buyers of old homes and followed up on all leads. When our first buyer fell through at the last minute due to the craziness from the start of Covid, she immediately arranged for an amazing video tour that highlighted it perfectly even though all the staging was gone. We had a new offer in two days! Most of all, besides being a good real estate agent, Allie is a good person. She is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, caring and calm.
