As the Administrator of an estate for the property of my late nephew, I called Martha Gagnon to handle the sale of my late nephew’s home. She handled the sale as if she was a partner not just a broker. She was willing to meet with contractors, who had to do necessary work needed to make the property presentable for sale. She was even willing to shovel snow after a snowstorm in order to meet with a prospective buyer’s broker to show the property. That prospective buyer turned out to be the actual buyer.
