Sale of property at 11 Primrose Lane, Johnston, RI

As the Administrator of an estate for the property of my late nephew, I called Martha Gagnon to handle the sale of my late nephew’s home. I had dealt with Martha previously and I knew her to be highly professional and very attentive to her client’s needs. Martha was outstanding in her handing of the sale of my late nephew’s home. She handled the sale as if she was a partner not just a broker. She was willing to meet with contractors, who had to do necessary work needed to make the property presentable for sale. She was even willing to shovel snow after a snowstorm in order to meet with a prospective buyer’s broker to show the property. That prospective buyer turned out to be the actual buyer. I highly recommend Martha based on her experience and her actual performance as a real estate broker.
