Good across the board on knowledge of buying a home and guidance to the final offer.

This is the 2nd home Steve has sold us in less than a year! He goes above and beyond for our needs!! He has not just became a friend he has became family

We had a wonderful experience working with Suzanne Gelven throughout our home-buying process. She was professional, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer our questions and explain each step clearly. Buying a home for the first time can be stressful, but Suzanne made the process much easier for us. She communicated with us consistently, kept us informed, and worked hard to make sure everything stayed on track. She was knowledgeable about the market and helped us understand our options without making us feel pressured. We especially appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication from the beginning through closing. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was there to help. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process. We are very grateful to Suzanne for helping us reach this important milestone of becoming homeowners. We would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and reliable real estate professional.
