Because I was remote, and not based in RI, Karyn really operated as my boots on the ground related to all aspects of this sale. She assisted in preparing the home for sale, navigated multiple unforeseen challenges, coordinated solutions, and even put in her own sweat equity to ensure the sale stayed on take and on time. She routinely kept me apprised of every step of the prep and sale process and made sure every single "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed throughout the closing process. I know for certain that I would not have been able to accomplish all that was accomplished without Karyn's skill, expertise, drive, hustle and compassion. Robin was great with accommodating us since we were long distance. When we arrived in state she pointed us to houses with our criteria and then arranged for showing them to us. Once final inspection rolled around she had no problem making sure everything was done. Great person to work with, very knowledgeable about state laws and the market. Although we had owned a home before, the legal requirements and the process was very different on the east coast. She helped us go through the entire process and explained the steps to us.
