His knowledge of Real Estate and modern data driven property market tools is impressive and was invaluable when I was searching for a property to buy. He was able to help me put down almost nothing out of pocket to acquire this property. Besides inspections, I only spent the $2000 earnest money for a deposit to the seller's escrow on the deal and I still got several hundred back after closing. This allowed me to renovate with the cash I had planned to use for a down payment. He even referred me to a sub contractor to help with the renovations.
