Michael definitely knows what he is doing. This is my first ever home and I came in with not much in my pockets and not knowing what exact property I wanted. He walked me through the steps and informed me of all things good and bad. He does not sugar coat the truth. He makes sure you don’t sign up for a failure in the future. Won’t waste your time with properties that aren’t in good standing for your goals and wants. Definitely felt safe and secure in my home buying process with Michael on my team. Will definitely come back in the future when I hunt for more properties
