We spontaneously decided to put our house for sale this summer of 2024. Carla was our buyer agent a few years ago so we already knew and trusted her. As soon as I contacted Carla about our plan to sell, she took the reigns. Carla instantly got the duplex prepared for showings, contacted our tenants, and coordinated everything with the property manager.
