I was very pleased with Rick Wucik in handling the sale of a family property. It was difficult to envision letting go after fifty years. Rick smoothed the way at each step. He picked me up at the train station, he had contacts for a dumpster rental for cleanout, he set up smoke detectors and scheduled the inspection. He even did a little carpentry work. So even a remote transaction with covid was doable. It's a pleasure! He was always available with excellent communication.
