My agent, Sarah, was absolutely wonderful. She knew I was moving from 4 hours away and was able to schedule several houses for me to tour in a day so that I could make one trip. I found a house with complicated closing stipulations and she went above and beyond to navigate a very convoluted process. When that house ended up being a poor fit for me after inspection, she was ready to find other options and make sure I had everything I needed to purchase a wonderful home. Sarah is a terrific person and realtor and she made this stressful process so fun and as straightforward as it could be. I could trust her to look into any requests I had and I knew she had my best interest in mind for the whole process.

Katen is knowledgeable, personable, proficient, and well-organized. She guided me through every step of the process from search to negotiation to purchase and title search, and managed the process well, coordinating with the buyer's agent and the title company to ensure that my best interests were represented. She provided me with the information about the process and the property that I needed to make well-informed decisions, made sure I knew she was available any time I had questions, and got back to me right away with the answers. She also gave me the time I needed to make decisions without any pressure. And Katen made some great suggestions about living in my new place (such as ways to work with more limited space since I was downsizing). I could not have asked for a better agent and I love my new place!

I first met Megan Finn last December when she guided my sister through the process of selling her house and buying a condominium. Megan held one Open House on a Saturday. While getting the well capped was a stressful experience, Megan's resourcefulness saved us almost 40% of the total price! Throughout the process of preparing our home for sale to the final closing, Megan communicated clearly with us and with the realtor for the buyers. My husband and I highly recommend Megan Finn.
