Ping was knowledgeable of the local Flushing Meadows, NY marketplace. She replied promptly to all inquiries, questions, and comments. Initially, we had an offer in escrow at full price, however, unfortunately the buyer pulled out of the real estate sale of the property. The second purchaser of the property offered about 100K less than the listed price. The broker Ping was able to successfully navigate and close this transaction.
