Andre was recommended to me from another realtor. I trade real estate often so I was hesitant to use a new professional for a significant sale. Andre was responsive out of the gate. He met me on my schedule and gained my trust immediately with his competence and professionalism. He brought us potential buyers within two weeks of listing and we had an accepted offer during the most difficult selling season, the holidays. I was not in the area after preparing the house to stage and he was always at the ready to do whatever errands/tasks arose and completed them promptly. He went above and beyond what other realtors I have worked with have provided and was not afraid to earn his commission. In addition, he is delightful and has a great sense of humor. Ilna has to be the hands down best real estate agent my fiance and I have ever met and worked with. She will definitely be a family friend for years to come. She worked remarkably hard not only in shopping for home, but in negotiating the sale of our current home. Any house we wanted to see she made it happen without hesitation. She guided us through the whole home buying process and we were able to shop, find and buy and close on our home in under 3 1/2 months, and that was with specific criteria in a home we were looking for. She has answers to all our questions and is very well knowledged in her field and the market. We highly recommend her and would definitely and only work with her again!
