Ms. Melissa Smith has been my realtor on several house purchases over the years. On each occasion, I've had nothing less than an excellent experience working with her. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She is always available and willing to answer my million questions throughout the process and even after leaving the closing table. She is with me every step of the way ( during the tours, inspections, closing, etc.) constantly guiding me like a mother taking care of her child, which puts me at ease and make me feel well supported.
