I recently used Tanya's services to sell a house for a person who passed away and the house's deed was in the name of the deceased's trust. Tanya went way and above my expectations for this particular house sale. She really helped us navigate through a difficult time. The deceased's house had good bones but needed a lot of work, decluttering (the homeowner kept a lot of stuff!), an unfinished basement and outdated (over 30 years old) kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances (stove and refrigerator went missing after family got what they wanted). Tanya oversaw the work that was needed in preparing the house for sale by being onsite for our 3rd party contractors. She provided us with great comps in the area to establish a sales price. We were pleased with her research and sold the house above the minimum we wanted for the house and quickly with a reliable buyer that she vetted as well. Closing was done within 45 days of the listing the property for sale. Tanya was present as closing to make sure the process went smoothly. I highly recommend her!
