Leslie is amazing! Our ask was somewhat complex being that we were buying our first investment property in Florida and to add a little twist we live in the Northeast. Leslies’ knowledge of not only the properties, but of the nuanced regulations made the search a breeze. She valued our time and was efficient when we traveled down for a day of showings. We had a unique situation with a seller backing out of a deal at the 11th hour, but Leslie was 100% prepared to help us navigate the situation. Knowing we were back in town for a limited amount of time, Leslie had us out of that deal and viewing new potential properties the same day! The rest of the process was smooth sailing. Joyce did a tricky job of representing both the seller and the buyer. I’ve never believed that a realtor who is representing a seller can actually fairly represent the buyer so I was not prepared for how amazing she would be! she had to deal with massive time zone differences, all sorts of repairs, and I think she did an excellent job and handling everything.
