Through the challenging, frustrating and most difficult experience with my underwriter, Clementine was there holding my hand, giving me sound advice and soothing my emotions. She stuck with me through this long process filled with frustrations due to the unknown circumstances of my job situation. Even after we closed on the property (finally) she reached out to me to make sure all is ok.
