There aren't enough superlatives to describe Brenda McGlothin! From the very beginning, she took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed. She patiently answered every question, walked us through countless "what if" scenarios and always explained everything in detail. Brenda was an outstanding advocate during negotiations. She fought for our best interests while keeping everyone working toward a solution and the end result was an outcome that left all parties satisfied. To make things even more challenging, we were buying from three states away. Brenda handled every detail with professionalism, excellent communication and incredible patience--making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and smooth. Brenda is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and genuinely cares about her clients. We always felt like we were her top priority. If you're looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, I cannot recommend Brenda McGlothin highly enough!

Moving from out of state can be incredibly stressful, but Tom and Shirley Guercio made the process seamless. Their expert knowledge of the area and deep attention to my specific needs helped me find the absolute perfect home and community. I whole heartedly recommend Tom and Shirley to anyone looking to buy locally or relocate from another state!

This was one of the most positive experience i have had in real estate. This is my fourth house either buying or selling. My house was one year in the market until I met Valencia. 60 days later she sold our house. She will give you results. She is patient, knowledgeable and very effective in her negotiating skills. Hire this realtor - she gets results.
