Susan went above and beyond to help us find our winter retreat. Trying to find a home from several states away can be nerve wracking but Susan is an excellent communicator and helped guide us every step of the way. She helped steer us away from iffy neighborhoods and helped us find a home that checked all the boxes. She visited several properties before we made the trip down and sent lots of feedback on homes we were interested in that made the selection process quick. Susan was able to help coordinate the home inspection within a couple days which made for a quick offer and closing.
