My husband and I were shopping for a snow bird home from Northern MI. We needed someone, boots on the ground and found Susan, as a referral. Susan researched every place we were interested in. Walked through 6 homes ahead of our visit. She was very trustworthy and we valued her opinion immediately. Susan was so accommodating, she ALWAYS answered the phone and every single question we had, and we had many. She was very knowledgeable of the area. She went above and beyond in every way. And is a new life long friend. Highly recommend.
