My wife and I had the great pleasure of working with Silvana Knight for both buying of our home in 2007 and the selling of the home in 2015. Silvana was very professional throughout the process and did a good job of keeping us updated of various things that came up. Silvana had the patience to help us through the purchase of our first home purchase in 2007. She didn’t pressure us to settle for anything less than the right home, and her patience and willingness to answer all our questions ensured that we got the best home among the dozens of homes we looked. When we sold the house in 2015, Silvana was instrumental in guiding us through all available options as we looked to sell our house. Silvana provided critical information well beyond the process of simply listing, showing, and ultimately selling our house that helped us secure the best possible outcome. We had first offer one day before putting on the market and got the price we expected. If we are going to move back to Lakeland, we will definitely ask Silvana to help us again. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Silvana to others.

Rachel is one of the best agents you can find made everything easy, would really recommend her !
