Eve Metlis is one of the Top realtor's I have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is a very positive person with a wealth of knowledge. This was such a pleasant experience for me so I had to share it. I was used to being on top of realtors I have had in the past. Eve kept me in the loop at all times and I would think of a question to ask her and it was like she read my mind and the answer was already in my email. Eve sold my house within a few hours of the first day it listed! She went out of her way to help us since we were out of state and that was greatly appreciated. Eve is excellent at her job and I highly recommend Eve to sell or buy a house. I am very happy we chose her and would have her again. You will not be disappointed I can see why she is TOP IN SALES. Eve did an incredible job. It was my first time buying and my husbands first time selling. We both weren’t really sure what we were doing but with Eve it was a breeze! She was so responsive when we had any questions at all. When we went to look at new homes she knew right away if it was something we were interested in our not, she even helped by pointing out features that are “less desirable” that we didn’t notice. Our previous house sold in two days. Eve helped us find a new home and close on the new home just in time. We had both closings on the same day and it was so smooth thanks to Eve. We would 100% recommend her to all of our friends and family. If we ever need to sell again Eve will be our realtor, she’s like family to us now!

I can honestly say that if Eve Metlis was not our Realtor, we would not be in our 'Dream Home' today. You need a Realtor with experience, a large network of resources, and the tenacity to continuously follow-up on the entire process from start-to-finish. Eve has all of this in spades! Her knowledge helped us assess the best options for us with buying a home. Her network of resources ensured that we got to the closing table quickly and she was glue that held our deal together to the very end. We had a lot of strikes against us in our home-buying experience... a limited budget, financing restrictions, and of course we just had to fall in love with a home with pre-existing conditions that made it difficult to insure. I don't just recommend her as a Realtor, I would absolutely insist on her.
