What a great transaction of the sell of my home

What an easy, painless, and no hassle process with Michelle. At times I would ask isn’t there something I need to do, but no Michelle had it handled. Thank you for an easy sell of my 3rd home.

Excellent experience

Michelle went above and beyond to help us purchase and close on our new home. We had to close 2 days after hurricane Ian and she moved heaven and earth to make this happen with reinspecting the house, getting approval from bank and pushing the seller and all parties to come to the table during a difficult time after the hurricane. I highly recommend Michelle for your buying/selling of your house

INCREDIBLE

Just excellent, I don't think just the 5 stars do justice. Michelle was amazing from beginning to end. We had a VERY rough journey, and Michelle was right there every step of the way to answer questions and help with every concern. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We will refer her to anyone and everyone willing to listen.

I highly recommend Julio. We started working...

I highly recommend Julio. We started working with Julio from out of state at the beginning of 2021. Without knowing each other, he started working with us from out of the state. He informed me and educated me on all HOA, CDD and house tax issues. He was really very patient with us, he sent me photos and we did FaceTime to see the houses from a distance. I recommend him, he has experience and is an excellent human being. Thank you Julio for your time and your service. I wish you much success. God bless you!
