Just excellent, I don't think just the 5 stars do justice. Michelle was amazing from beginning to end. We had a VERY rough journey, and Michelle was right there every step of the way to answer questions and help with every concern. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We will refer her to anyone and everyone willing to listen.
