Michelle went above and beyond to help us purchase and close on our new home. We had to close 2 days after hurricane Ian and she moved heaven and earth to make this happen with reinspecting the house, getting approval from bank and pushing the seller and all parties to come to the table during a difficult time after the hurricane. Michelle helped us sell and buy during a CRAZY market! She listed our house as an incredibly competitive price and got us over asking!
