After two years of working with Brendan to find the right home for our family, I feel that we are highly qualified to speak to his job as an agent. Most importantly to us, Brendan truly listens and works to find the right place that meets all of your needs. Even more, he never made us feel pressured to like a place more than we did or to hurry up the process. He was honest and professional in his evaluation of homes we saw and always shared his unbiased opinion. His experience not only in seeing a lot of homes and having a deep understanding of the market, but also with remodeling homes and associated costs helped us make thoughtful decisions with all of the appropriate information and considerations. We are thrilled at the home we landed in and we feel it was largely due to Brendan's understanding of what we were looking for, and of the market, his patience, and his commitment to our goals. Thank you SO much, Brendan!
