We recently worked with Brendan during our second transaction with the Moore team. We were in the market for a ski condo/investment property. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable as we looked at places in Olympic Valley, sending videos when we couldn't be there in person and giving us valuable insight into the qualities of various properties we considered. We found our place, as Brendan was heading out of the country, but he was able to make the representation seamless with a bit of help from the team. During the offer/bid process Mark stepped in when we ended up in a multiple offer situation, helping us to devise a strategy to ultimately go into escrow. During our 20 day close, Brendan was instrumental in helping us with the due diligence navigating a few bumps in the road. I was particularly impressed with Brendan's ability to communicate with the seller's agent as issues arose, ultimately closing a deal that could have gone sideways at a few points.

My experience with Brendan Boyle and the Moore Team has been very educational, quite rewarding and more than satisfying in every respect. We selected the Moore team to market and sell our Lake Tahoe lakefront property in early 2021. We interviewed 5 or 6 agencies, and found the Moore Team to have a long history in the area market, and to be notably superior to the others in experience and presentation. They had recent, successful experience in selling high priced homes in the area, including 2 sales in our small Moana Circle neighborhood. Brendan and his colleagues were extremely professional and competent in the marketing data gathering and in advice and efforts to attractively profile and prepare the property for sale, and in comparable properties analysis and pricing. They were effective and always available communicators with us to meet or talk. Brendan was our primary agent. But in those rare cases when he had other responsibilities, his Moore Team colleagues were a seamless backup for Open Houses and sales prospect showings. In addition, he had a wide collection of service specialists: legal advisers, contractor personnel, etc., to refer us to for any needed work. But beyond that, he and the Team were ‘hands on’ to personally fix problems when needed. At one point, a bear invasion battered in our pantry door and spread food and debris across carpets and floors. When he called to report this, he also told us he and a colleague had personally cleaned up the mess and replaced the broken pantry door. We had an extended ‘on market’ experience, largely due to a first buyer default that resulted in a settlement to us from buyer deposit money. Brendan and the team were helpful in addressing this problem including referrals to our legal help. More importantly, they re-started the sales campaign expeditiously with updated materials, obtaining a successful new offer and final closing. My mom had to sell her place so we checked around for a realtor. A friend recommended Brendan so we gave him a call. He came over and we really liked the way he spoke, the way he carried himself, and that he lived in the Tahoe West Shore area. He was strong on communicating with us every step of the way and quick to respond either by text or phone.
