Being first time home buyers, having these qualities is a MUST and Gordon treated us as family while he was welcoming his second child and serving multiple clients and projects. We never felt neglected or ignored. Buying new construction in the city is not an easy task, but Gordon's years of experience helped us tremendously, while also steering us away from properties/projects that would cause headaches down the road. Ultimately, we were able to customize our new home, all for lower than our original budget. Gordon is always available at anytime of the day or night, bends over backwards, and explains everything so well. Moreover, Gordon and his team of lenders that he works with is extremely knowledgeable with the Physician/Pharmacist loan.
