We first met Lori Garner over 15 years ago when she helped us buy our first home here in Tennessee. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication left such a lasting impression that we didn’t hesitate to call her again—first to list our home in 2024, and then to help us find land to build our dream home in 2025. Lori was consistently responsive, often replying to our questions within hours and never taking more than a day. Her patience and kindness made every step of the process feel manageable, even when we were overwhelmed or uncertain. She never made us feel like any question was too small, and her calming presence was exactly what we needed during the more stressful moments. When it came to searching for land, Lori went above and beyond—researching potential challenges and helping us navigate the complexities of building from scratch. Her deep knowledge and thoughtful advice were invaluable, especially when discussing builders, blueprints, and the many details we hadn’t considered. She offered practical recommendations and helped us avoid common pitfalls, always with our best interests in mind. If we hadn’t found the perfect piece of land, we would have absolutely worked with Lori again. We can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy a home or find the ideal spot to build one. Lori is truly exceptional.
